Crust for Prime Rib

Arizona, shares his recipe and
technique for making a Salt
Crust / Rack. Covering the top
of your roast, it helps the meat
cook evenly and seals in the
flavors. Remove the crust/rack
before you serve. You can use
this recipe for any meat -
chicken, beef, salmon and more.
Ingredients:
1/2 box Kosher Salt
5 egg whites
Rosemary and seasoning of choice
water

Method:
Separate eggs and add to bowl,
add salt and water.
Mix as per video.
Put seasoning on top of meat,
add egg mixture on top.
