David
Russell, Ph.D., D.Sc.
Eastern & Integrative Medicine Expert
For the last thirty years, David Russell has
taught Classical medical disciplines in
Europe, Nepal, and the USA, as well as
diagnostics and homeopathy in naturopathic
schools in Denmark and Norway.
David has studied and practiced with
classical masters in Europe, Nepal, and the
Middle East. In addition to certifications
in reflexology, homeopathy, acupuncture,
biochemistry, iridology and Kneipp Therapy,
David received training in the Netherlands
in the field of anthroposophical medicine
and as a teacher (Heilpedagog) and
homeopathy working with multi-handicapped
children. In addition, David is qualified in
Chinese, Tibetan, Ayurvedic, and Islamic
medicine.
David lived in Denmark from 1969 to 1991 and
has worked in the health field since 1974.
He holds the degrees of Magister of Arts and
Humanities (M.F.A.), and Ph.D. in
Naturopathic Medicine and Traditional
Chinese Medicine. Currently, he is
completing his Ph.D. of Divinity.
A founding member of the Danish Society for
Integrated Medicine, David was instrumental
in establishing the three major clinics for
Integrated Medicine in Denmark. He is
medical consultant for Stop-Unge, a Danish
clinic for drug and alcohol abuse.

He lectures widely and has been
featured at events and
conferences including the
International Organization of
Probiotic Medicine, Institute of
Noetic Sciences, American
Academy of Biological Dentistry,
Cancer Control Society, Jungian
Society, and the University of
Arizona.
David is Founder and Director of
the non-profit organization
CARITAS TRADITIONALIS, an
international project (NGO)
whose goal is to create
self-sustainable medical
presence in economically
depressed communities.
He maintains a consultation for
integrated health in Tucson, AZ,
where he and his wife Tine
reside, and also in Denmark.
